Arrow Crab (Stenorhynchus seticornis) Care
The Arrow Crab, Stenorhynchus seticornis, comes from the Western Atlantic Ocean, including the Caribbean Sea. Arrow crabs have an arrow-shaped head and body and very long, thin legs. They can grow to about 6″ and are red, and, and brown in color.
Crabs are carnivores and require a diet rich in meaty foods, such as brine shrimp and small pieces of marine fish and shrimp.
They should be kept in an aquarium of at least 55 gallons with plenty of live rock with plenty of hiding places. They are semi-aggressive and may attack some shrimp and small, slow-moving fish.
