Yellow Clown Goby (Gobiodon okinawae) Care
The Yellow Clown Goby, Gobiodon okinawae, is also known as the Okinawa Goby. These fish come from the Western Pacific Ocean. They have a bright yellow body.
These fish are a great fish for beginners.
Clown gobies are carnivores and require a diet rich in meaty foods, such as mysis and brine shrimp and other types of fresh or frozen chopped seafood.
The Yellow Clown Goby requires an aquarium of 10 gallons or larger with plenty of live rock for hiding. They are known to jump and will leap out of tanks without a lid. They are peaceful fish and should not be kept with aggressive fish.
They are reef safe and will not bother corals, fish, but will eat tiny invertebrates.
