Whitecap Goby (Lotilia graciliosa) Care
The Whitecap Goby, Lotilia graciliosa, comes from the Indo-Pacific region. These fish are VERY rare in the aquarium hobby.
These gobies are omnivores and require a diet rich in plant and meaty foods, such as marine algae, mysis and brine shrimp, and other types of fresh or frozen chopped seafood.
Whitecap Gobies require an aquarium of 50 gallons or larger with plenty of live rock for hiding and a deep sand bed. They are known to jump and will leap out of tanks without a lid. They are peaceful fish and should not be kept with aggressive fish.
They are reef safe and will not bother corals, fish, but will eat tiny invertebrates.
