Firefish fish are carnivores and require a diet rich in both meaty foods, such as mysis and brine shrimp and finely chopped seafood.
The Purple Firefish can grow to be about 3″ and can be housed in aquariums as small as 10 gallons with live rock and plenty of room for swimming. They should be kept singly or as a bonded pair.
